The leadership team at Northvolt has a history of working in various companies in different industries. These include Telia Company, Investment AB Kinnevik, ABB Power Generation Inc, Elsevier, Remedy by Sweden AB, Swerea KIMAB, Sandvik Coromant, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Google, Fingerprint Cards, Gränges, and Metso. They have also studied at different schools, such as Åva Gymnasium, Mälardalen University, Uppsala University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, University of Gothenburg, Luleå University of Technology, and Stockholm School of Economics.
