Agnes Cha, PharmD, AAHIVP, BCACP, is the AVP of Ambulatory Pharmacy Support Services at Northwell Health. Previously, they served as Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy at Northwell Health from 2022 to 2024 and worked as an HIV Clinical Pharmacist at The Brooklyn Hospital Center from 2010 to 2019, where they precepted multiple pharmacy residents. Agnes has been involved in various research projects since 2015, focusing on lamivudine dosing and HIV/HCV co-infection therapies. They also held academic roles as an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at LIU Pharmacy and have contributed to pharmacy education through teaching and committee service. Agnes earned their PharmD from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008.
