Amanda Lindner

Amanda Lindner is the Principal for Development Communications at the Northwell Health Foundation. They began their career as a journalist and government press secretary, later serving as Director of Communications for the Jewish social justice nonprofit, Avodah. Amanda was recognized as the "Rookie Reporter of the Year" by the New York Press Association and received the "30 Under 30 Long Island Young Professionals" award. They are a proud graduate of The George Washington University, holding a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication. In addition to their professional work, Amanda runs the vegan and zero-waste social media blog, @Enviromensch, and advocates for zero-waste living through talks and workshops.
