Andy Steele

Andy Steele is the Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine and has been a core member of the Admissions Committee and Chair of the Curriculum Committee since 2009. They serve as Medical Director of Revenue Operations at Northwell Health, a position they have held since 2018, after previously holding the role of Medical Director at Cohen Children's Medical Center from 2004 to 2016. Andy earned their Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and holds a Master's degree in Health Professions Pedagogy and Leadership from Hofstra University, where they graduated with distinction. Additionally, they obtained their Bachelor’s degree in English from the University at Buffalo.
