Cheryl Davidson

Cheryl Davidson is the AVP of Alumni Relations at Northwell Health, where they have implemented a system-wide alumni program aimed at fostering inclusive relationships among team members. With a rich career in various leadership roles, Cheryl served as the Co-Steward of Northwell's N-Able Business Employee Resource Group and was the Executive Director of the LI Works Coalition. They were also instrumental in founding the LI STEM Hub and have received multiple awards for their contributions to workforce development and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's degree from Adelphi University and has an extensive background in training and economic development.
