Christopher Campese

Christopher Campese, MD, MA, MS, FASA, serves as the Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at Glen Cove Hospital, Northwell Health, since June 2019. With an extensive background in medical leadership, Christopher held multiple presidential roles within the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists from 2009 to present, including Past President and Immediate Past-President. Prior to his current position, Christopher was an Anesthesiologist and Partner at North American Partners in Anesthesia until December 2022 and served as Regional Director at NAPA Management Services from 2013 to 2019. Earlier in Christopher's career, roles included Vice Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at Cabrini Medical Center and Attending Anesthesiologist at Albany Medical Center. Education credentials include an MD from Albany Medical College, an MS in Bioethics from Albany Medical College, and an MA in Theology from the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception.
