Clara Sharp

Clara Sharp is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in major gifts and alumni engagement. Currently serving as Senior Major Gifts Officer at Northwell Health since April 2020, Clara previously held significant roles at Weill Cornell Medicine from October 2008 to March 2020, including Director of Alumni Strategy and Engagement, where responsibilities encompassed strategic fundraising initiatives for over 8,000 alumni and managing alumni-related events. Earlier career experience includes serving as Development Associate at The Glaucoma Foundation, where Clara led the International Think Tank symposium and managed a major gala. Clara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from Virginia Tech, completed in 2005.
