Iris Berman

Iris Berman has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, particularly in telehealth and critical care operations. At Northwell Health from July 2015 to September 2016, Iris served as Vice President of Telehealth Services, overseeing the expansion and access to Telehealth Services, and as AVP for Telehealth Services, facilitating integration across multiple service lines. Previously, at North Shore LIJ Health System from July 1989 to September 2019, Iris held various roles, including Director of Operations for eICU and Nurse Manager for a 45-bed respiratory medical unit, demonstrating expertise in operational management and staff oversight. Iris also has a strong academic background, holding a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Adelphi University, graduated with a 4.0 average and special honors.
