Lucy Wu

Lucy Wu is currently the Senior Director of Operations in the Department of Surgery at Northwell Health. They have held various roles in healthcare, including Administrative Director of Emergency Medicine at both Lenox Hill Hospital and South Shore University Hospital, and worked as an Operational Analyst at Kaiser Permanente. Earlier in their career, Lucy served as the Assessing Resident Care Lead at UCLA Health System, where they improved resident bedside manner and patient satisfaction. They have also gained experience as a Consultant at Deloitte and an Administrative Fellow at Beth Israel Medical Center. Lucy holds a BS in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is working towards an MPH in Healthcare Policy and Management at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
