Michael Massa

Michael Massa, MHA, is an experienced healthcare leader with a background in operations and project management across various healthcare settings, including Northwell Health and Staten Island University Hospital. Having served as a manager of operations and project manager, they possess strong skills in patient care, team engagement, and process improvement. Michael previously worked as a physical therapy aide and student physical therapist, along with coaching youth sports for the New York Red Bulls. They hold a Master of Health Administration from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
