Mindy Lee

Mindy Lee is currently the AVP of Operations for the Medicine Service Line at Northwell Health, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Mindy served as the Senior Director of Operations in the same organization and as the Director of Operations at Vivo Health from 2009 to 2021. Mindy began their career in operations with an internship in the Operations & Systems Management Development Program at Chase in 1991, followed by a position as a Risk Management Associate at MBIA from 1992 to 1998. They hold an MBA in Strategic Healthcare Management from Hofstra University, completed in 2019, and a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Adelphi University, earned in 1991.
