Siju Augustine, RN, MSN, CCRN, NE-BC, is a transformational nurse leader currently serving as a Nurse Manager at Northwell Health since 2021. Previously, Siju held the position of Nurse Manager in the MICU at Catholic Health from 2020 to 2021 and worked as an Assistant Nurse Manager at South Nassau Communities Hospital from 2017 to 2020.
