Sofia Agoritsas, FACHE, is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Northwell Health, where they leverage extensive operational, financial, and strategic planning expertise to build high-performing teams and improve quality initiatives. Previously, Sofia served in various roles at Nationwide Children's Hospital, The Ohio State University Medical Center, and Maimonides Medical Center, focusing on pediatric and cardiothoracic care management. Sofia's educational background includes ongoing studies for a DrPH in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, along with an MPA in Health Policy & Management from New York University.
