Stacey Rapacki

Stacey Rapacki currently serves as Vice President and Head of Compensation at Northwell Health since October 2020, where additional roles have included Vice President of Compensation Strategy and Interim Vice President for Strategic Workforce Planning and Employee Experience & Organizational Development. Prior to Northwell Health, Stacey held various senior roles at Willis Towers Watson from June 2012 to October 2020, including Senior Director of Talent & Rewards and Senior Consultant in the same area. Earlier experience includes a position as Vice President of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, focusing on investment management, and a managerial role in compensation at Altria. Stacey's career began at Willis Towers Watson in the late 1990s in executive compensation. Academically, Stacey received an MBA from New York University and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
