Susmita Paul, MS, is a Manager in Software Development at Northwell Health, where they contribute to the Digital Innovation & Transformation team. They previously held roles as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Scientist within the organization. Susmita has experience as a Research Assistant at Hunter College and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Hofstra University, where they pursue a Master of Science in Health Informatics.
