Taylor Jensen

Taylor Jensen, PT, DPT, is a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist with extensive experience in various clinical settings. Currently employed at Northwell Health since October 2021, Taylor has also worked with Blue Sea Educational Consulting, Inc. until June 2024 and served at MOTION SPORTS MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION, LLC from January 2021 to April 2022. Previous positions include providing school-based therapy at Brooklyn Blue Feather Elementary School with AHRC NYC and addressing early intervention and special education cases at Kidz Therapy Services from September 2015 to August 2020. Taylor holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology.
