Laura Heitritter

Laura Heitritter is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in special education and higher education. Currently serving as a Special Education Strategist at Northwest Area Education Agency (AEA) since August 2020, Laura has also held multiple roles at Northwestern College since August 1992, including Associate Professor, Licensure Official, and Chair of the Teacher Education Department. Prior to these positions, Laura worked as an Educational Consultant at Northwest AEA from August 1989 to June 1992. Laura obtained a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Liberty University.
