Sarah Hartman

Sarah Hartman, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Northwest Allen County Schools, where responsibilities include providing comprehensive social work services to promote a safe and healthy learning environment. Previously, Sarah held the position of Social Emotional Learning Coach at East Allen County Schools, focusing on professional development in social emotional awareness and supporting staff and families during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes working as a Social Worker at DaVita Kidney Care, advocating for the wellbeing of patients and educating staff on interpersonal skills, and as a Family Case Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services, assessing families for neglect and ensuring children's safety.
