Mindy Fowler

Mindy Fowler is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in law enforcement and violence prevention. Currently serving as the OVP Program Manager for NWACC since February 2013, Mindy manages a federal grant from the Department of Justice, coordinates a Community Coordinated Response Team, and is actively involved in promoting awareness and education regarding domestic violence and sexual assault. Prior to this role, Mindy worked in various capacities in law enforcement from 1994 to 2017, including dispatch, patrol, and investigation. Additionally, Mindy held the position of Emergency Dispatch Supervisor for Benton County Central Communications early in the career. Mindy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business from NorthWest Arkansas Community College, completed between 2013 and 2015.
