Serafina Lalany

Serafina Lalany is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a diverse background in startup development, operational management, and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Executive Director of StartupNWA with the Northwest Arkansas Council, Serafina has also co-founded Absolute Rest and held significant roles such as Chief Revenue Officer at PushKin and Entrepreneur In Residence at First Bight Ventures. Notable previous positions include Executive Director and CEO of Houston Exponential, where Serafina expanded the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and led the organization's sale to Gow Companies. Serafina's expertise spans operations, marketing, and venture design, complemented by extensive educational credentials from Yale University, Boston University, and Smith College.
