Kathryn Caulfield

Kathryn Caulfield, CRC specializes in cryptocurrency lending and has extensive experience as a Senior Credit Administrator, Deputy Chief Business Development Officer, and Director of Underwriting in various banking institutions. With a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University, Kathryn has a strong background in analyzing and underwriting CRE loans, permanent financing on commercial real estate, FHA and Section 42 LIHTC multi-family properties, and construction financing of income properties.
