Chad Wheeler

Chad Wheeler serves as the Managing Director and Treasurer at Northwest Bank since September 2025. Previously, Chad held the position of Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Fulton Financial Corporation from October 2018 to September 2025 and at Customers Bank from March 2010 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing liquidity, interest rate risk, investment portfolio, and deposit and loan pricing. Chad's career began at Sovereign Bank as Assistant Treasurer from January 1996 to March 2010. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1992 and 1996.
