Katie Ruffa

Katie Ruffa has a strong background in banking and relationship management. Katie started their career at National City Bank in 2004, where they worked as a retail lending specialist and branch manager. Katie later joined First Niagara Bank as a vice president and business banking relationship manager, where they provided banking solutions to clients and created new relationship opportunities. Katie then moved to KeyBank, where they continued their role as a vice president and business banking relationship manager, managing an existing portfolio of clients and providing solutions to their needs. Currently, they work at Northwest Bank as a senior vice president and commercial banking relationship manager.

Katie Ruffa attended the Pennsylvania Bankers Association - School of Commercial Lending in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in Business Administration at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College from 2006 to 2008. Katie obtained their BS in Marketing Management and Communications from Grove City College from 2000 to 2004.
