Kristy Ludwig has an extensive background in the banking industry, with experience spanning over 30 years. Kristy began their career at National City Bank in 1990, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President for 13 years. In 2003, they joined CNB Bank and served as Assistant Vice President, primarily working with small businesses and professional services firms. In 2007, Kristy moved to M&I Bank as a Vice President, managing relationships with commercial clients. Kristy then joined Bremer Bank in 2011 as Vice President of Business Banking, focusing on C&I, professional services, and not-for-profit companies in the Twin Cities area. Kristy's next role was at ERIEBANK, where they worked as Vice President, developing and managing commercial banking relationships in the greater Erie area. Kristy then returned to Northwest Bank in 2015, initially serving as Corporate AVP/Loan Review Officer and later taking on the role of Interim Loan Review Manager. In 2022, Kristy was promoted to Vice President and Loan Review Manager at Northwest Bank.
Kristy Ludwig attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Business Management. Kristy then pursued additional education in the field of Commercial Lending, completing courses at the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending and the Robert Morris Associates' School of Commercial Lending. Kristy Ludwig also obtained a certification in Credit Risk, known as CRC, from The Risk Management Association in August 2019. Prior to their higher education, Kristy Ludwig attended Titusville High School.
