Tyler Settelmaier

Tyler Settelmaier, MBA has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Tyler most recently worked at Northwest Bank as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management Reporting and Analytics. In this role, Tyler was responsible for analyzing the risks of 11 bank-wide enterprises and monitoring metrics to ensure adherence to the Risk Appetite Statement and ERM Framework.

Prior to that, Tyler served as the Enterprise Risk Management Program Manager at Northwest Bank, where they analyzed KRIs and KPIs, RCSAs, Emerging Risks, Strategic Objectives, and Top Risks. Tyler also conducted RCSAs across all functions at the bank and played a key role in maintaining operational efficiency.

Before joining Northwest Bank, Tyler worked at BNY Mellon as a Securities Lending Analyst and an Accounting and Reporting Sr. Specialist. Tyler gained valuable experience in securities lending and financial reporting during their time at BNY Mellon.
