Julie Dyer has a long and varied work experience. Julie began in 2003 as a first-time business owner at J Dyer Designs. In 2010 they became the Director of IT at CPR Cell Phone Repair Franchise Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for the installation, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of web sites, email servers, and a national e-commerce site. Julie also provided marketing support and graphic design assistance. In 2014, they were an Insightful, fierce Programmer Analyst/Systems Administrator at the City of Fife, where they created the bi-annual budget book and saved the city $200,000 by implementing an open source phone system. That same year, they were an Artistic developer, coder, and owner at TechSavvy, LLC, where they saved one business $3,000 a month on IT services by rolling all of their network and support needs into one service. In 2019, they were an IT Analyst at Toysmith. Most recently, in 2021, they became the IT Director at Northwest Cascade Inc.
Julie Dyer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Web Development from Baker College in 2010. Julie then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University in 2012. In 2018, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the University of Washington. Finally, in 2019, they obtained their Grandstream Certified Technician certification from Grandstream Networks.
