Dawn Draper-Classen

Dawn Draper-Classen has over 30 years of experience in various HR roles. Dawn currently serves as the EVP and Senior HR Officer at Northwest Community Bank, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Vice President and Senior HR Officer at CT Mutual Holding Company. Dawn also worked as a Career Management Consultant at Right Management and held leadership positions at Farmington Bank and Bob's Stores. Additionally, they established and branded a Willmott & Associates, Inc. location in Connecticut, building relationships within the HR community. Dawn has a strong background in employment law, employee relations, policy development, team building, and leadership development.

Dawn Draper-Classen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Central Connecticut State University. Dawn attended the university from 1981 to 1985.
