Rachel Bayani, MBA, LP, is a Detective currently working at the Magnolia Police Department, with previous experience as a Detective at the Waller County Sheriff’s Office. Rachel has a background in criminal investigations, major crimes, and special units like the Houston-Metro ICAC. Prior to their work in law enforcement, Rachel also served as a Licensed Paramedic at various emergency medical service providers. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University.
