Ronni Bowen Mba

Ronni Bowen MBA, BSN, RN, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Northwest Florida Community Hospital since August 2023. Previously, Ronni held roles at the Florida Department of Management Services, including Division Director and Deputy Director of Operations for State Group Insurance from February to August 2023. Ronni's extensive experience in healthcare includes senior leadership positions at Jackson Hospital in Marianna, Florida, from 2012 to 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Clinic Operations and multiple compliance and risk management roles. Ronni's earlier experience also includes clinical quality management at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare and Kindred Healthcare, as well as nursing roles at Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center and the Florida Department of Children and Families. Ronni holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, along with additional education in risk management and nursing.
