Graham Fountain is a Board Member at Northwest Florida State College. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director at the State Attorney’s Office from January 2021 to August 2021. Graham has also served as the Chairman for the State Attorney Elect Ginger Bowden Madden Transition Team and was a part of Fla. Governor Ron DeSantis Transition Team. Graham has also been an Okaloosa County Commissioner from November 2016 to November 2020. Their previous experience also includes being the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Principle at Westerfield Strategic, LLC and Director of Governmental Affairs and Consulting at Reyes Law Governmental and Strategic Consulting. Furthermore, they were the County Co-Chair & Fundraiser for Pam Bondi Campaign for Attorney General from January 2009 to December 2014.

Graham Fountain has a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership/Public Policy from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Political Science from Troy University, a Liberal Studies degree in Basic Studies & Criminology from Florida State University, and is a Multiple Program Graduate of the Financial & Economic Crime Investigations; Supervision/Management; Financial Forensic Accounting program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) at GLYNCO. Graham is also a graduate of the Chief Executive Program in Criminal Justice Agency Leadership; Public Policy, Finance; Governmental Affairs; Human Resources from Florida State University/Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute and is certified by the Tallahassee Community College/ State Police Academy: Pat Thomas.
