Michelle Jannazo currently serves as the Director of Grant Development at Northwest Florida State College, a position held since 2006, where leadership and management of grant procurement support the organization's mission and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Michelle is a Partner at Blue Door Consulting, focusing on development and fundraising strategy for business and nonprofit sectors, with expertise in research, grant writing, proposal development, and award management. Since December 2020, Michelle has also been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Pensacola State College and has been involved in education since 2010 through an adjunct faculty role at Blue Door Consulting. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from The George Washington University.
