Deidra Wager

Deidra Wager is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Northwest Harvest, Deidra also owns and operates DJW and Associates, providing strategic advice in retail replication and growth strategies. With involvement in organizations such as Women's Leadership Board at Harvard Kennedy School and Lacewing Foundation, Deidra has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving health, education, and gender equality. Prior to their current roles, Deidra held executive positions at Starbucks and worked as a Regional Director at Taco Bell. Deidra holds a BS in Economics and Journalism from the University of Minnesota Duluth and has completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
