Felicita Monteblanco

Felicita Monteblanco is a Public Affairs Manager at Northwest Health Foundation, where Felicita promotes upstream, systemic change through advocacy to improve community health. With experience as a Policy and Advocacy Officer at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation, and as an Adjunct Professor at Portland State University, Felicita has a strong background in advocacy and public administration. Felicita has also managed events and coordinated workshops at Vision Action Network, strengthening philanthropy in Washington County. With a B.A. in Psychology and Hospitality Management from the University of San Francisco, Felicita continues to make a positive impact in their community.
