Britni Hoyt has a diverse range of work experience. Britni is currently the Director of Quality Operations and Care Management at Northwest Health System, where they lead a team focused on improving quality and management of healthcare costs. Prior to this, they co-founded a nonprofit organization called ULead NWA, which is dedicated to youth mentorship and development. Britni also served as the Continuum of Care Coordinator at Northwest Health Systems, where they led a team of care coordinators and successfully met shared savings targets for the accountable care organization. Britni'sresponsibilities included fostering relationships, strategic planning, data analysis, and supporting physician practices.

Britni Hoyt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Evangel University from 2012 to 2015. Britni then pursued a Master's degree in Public Health at Missouri State University from 2017 to 2018. Subsequently, they studied Business Administration and Management, General and obtained another Master's degree at LSU Shreveport from 2018 to 2019.
