Nicole Wheeler is a dedicated medical professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration and patient support. Currently serving as a Medical Assistant at Northwest Health since July 2021, responsibilities include greeting patients, taking vitals, scribing clinical notes, and facilitating patient referrals. Previous roles at Northwest Health include Scheduling Specialist and Registrar, where Nicole demonstrated strong organizational skills and a commitment to patient care. Prior to joining Northwest Health, Nicole worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Indiana Department of Transportation and a Public Services Librarian at La Porte County Public Library. Additional experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at Walmart. Nicole is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science at Western Governors University, expected to graduate in 2026, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Purdue University Northwest.
