Benjamin L. has a diverse work experience in various finance and investment roles. Benjamin currently works as the Finance Director at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT. Prior to this, they served as the Investment & Finance Manager at Bresco Investimentos S.A. from 2011 to 2022. Benjamin also worked as a Finance Supervisor at Bracor Investimentos Imobiliários from 2008 to 2011, a Private Equity and Corporate Finance Analyst at Banif Investment Banking from 2007 to 2008, and a Trainee at Itaú BBA in 2006.

Benjamin L. pursued their education in a sequential manner. In 2002, they attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, where they studied Economics. Benjamin successfully completed their undergraduate degree in 2006. Following this, they enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2015 and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Adminstration (MPA) - FGV EAESP. Their studies at FGV lasted until 2017. During the same year, they also spent a brief period at Seoul National University, participating in the GNAM program.
