Michelle Pueda Nucci, RPA, FMA, CPM, is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in various roles within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Property Portfolio Manager for NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT since October 2014, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Property Manager for the GTA East Region at First Capital REIT from May 2013 to September 2014. Prior experience includes a tenure at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate from December 2003 to May 2013, where Michelle served as a Senior Property Manager for a mixed-use retail and industrial portfolio as well as a Property Manager for mixed-use and retail properties. Educational qualifications include a Certified Property Manager designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada, a Facilities Management Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International, and a degree in Business Management from the University of Toronto.
