Pmp® Martin Ilumin

Martin Ilumin is a PMP® certified professional with extensive experience in project management across various sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare. Currently serving as the Global Portfolio Project Manager at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT, Martin leads the IT Global Portfolio and oversees approximately 100 projects across nine countries. Previous roles include Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Grant Thornton LLP, where Martin coordinated budgeting and facility costs management, and Engineering Project Manager at Unilever, where Martin managed teams for significant capital engineering projects and led initiatives that increased manufacturing capacity and efficiency. Martin holds a Post Graduate Program in Project Management from Humber College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
