Rebecca Nemaric

Rebecca Nemaric has over 20 years of experience in global talent management, human resources, and leadership development. Rebecca is currently the Senior Vice President & Head of Global Human Resources at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT. In this role, they oversee the company's global HR function. Previously, Rebecca held senior positions at Tangerine, where they developed an enterprise-wide talent management strategy, and Celestica, where they led the transformation and integration of talent, leadership, and acquisition functions. Rebecca also worked at Manulife Financial, where they were responsible for global talent management, executive recruitment, and other HR initiatives. Rebecca began their career at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Rebecca Nemaric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from York University. Rebecca also obtained a HR Management Program Certificate from George Brown College. In 2013, they completed a Change Leadership program at Linkage. Additionally, in 2011, they received Hogan Assessment Certification. In 2015, Rebecca became certified in DISC Assessment from Thomas International.
