Richard moved to Melbourne with his family to join Vital Healthcare Property Trust in 2013 after spending the previous six years in a senior executive role in Canada with NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT. He brings over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate financing, acquisitions and management to his role, in which he is providing valuable support to the ongoing growth and performance of the Australian portfolio. Richard is responsible along with his Melbourne based team for the asset management of NorthWest’s Australian portfolio, including acquisitions, leasing and operator relationships.
