Vincci Wilson, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Development for NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT since September 2021. Prior to this role, Vincci was the Director of Development at Dream Unlimited from May 2018 to September 2021, where Vincci led the team on the Library Parcel project in partnership with CMHC and NCC, focusing on a net-zero development with diverse housing options and cultural offerings. Vincci's experience also includes managerial positions at SmartCentres REIT, overseeing significant development projects and land portfolios, as well as roles at Intracorp Homes and International Home Marketing Group, where expertise in marketing and sales was honed. Educational background includes an MBA in Retail and Commercial Development from Ted Rogers School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Toronto, complemented by a brief executive education stint at Harvard Business School.
