Yam Dzialovsky is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund portfolio analysis and asset management reporting. Currently serving as a Fund Portfolio Analyst at Northwest Healthcare Properties in Europe since February 2021, responsibilities include investor reporting, investment presentations, and coordinating all investor reporting requirements. Prior roles include Associate - Asset Management Reporting at Hines, focusing on investor reporting and KPI analysis, as well as marketing controller and funding positions at Spark Networks, Brookfield Brasil, and Cyrela Brazil Realty. Yam holds a Postgraduate degree in Finance from COPPEAD UFRJ and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by studies at Leipzig University and the Goethe Institut in Berlin.
