Cari Olvera

Cari Olvera has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Cari is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Northwest Healthcare Tucson since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Santa Cruz Valley Regional Hospital from February 2021 to November 2021. Cari also worked as a Senior Director at Santa Cruz Valley Regional Hospital from July 2020 to February 2021. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Director of Perioperative Services at Banner Health from October 2016 to July 2020.

Cari Olvera attended Pima Community College from an unknown start year until 2000, where they obtained their Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a field of study in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Cari then enrolled in Grand Canyon University and completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2006. Cari later pursued further education at Grand Canyon University and completed their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with an emphasis in Leadership in 2012.
