Beth DeLair

Beth DeLair has over 20 years of experience in the compliance field. Beth is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at UW Medicine, and was previously the founder of Health Care Compliance Recruiting, a recruiting firm that specializes in compliance-related positions in the healthcare industry. Beth has also held positions as the Interim Director of Compliance and Risk Management at Stanford Health Care - University Health Care Alliance, and as a compliance consultant for various organizations. In their current role at UW Medicine, Beth is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant regulations and laws. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting investigations, and providing training on compliance issues.
