Currently serving as a Puget Sound Policy Analyst at the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission since November 2018, Randy previously worked as an Environmental Planner and Dive Safety Officer for the Skokomish Indian Tribe from March 2008 to January 2018. Randy holds a Master's degree in Ecology and a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Science, both obtained from The Evergreen State College, with the master's degree completed in 2008 and the bachelor's degree in 2001.
