Jill Rogerson-Black

Jill Rogerson-Black has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Jill is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Northwest Kidney Centers since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition & Development at the same organization from September 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining Northwest Kidney Centers, Jill worked at Neighborcare Health as the Talent Acquisition & Credentialing Manager from June 2019 to September 2022. Jill was responsible for managing talent acquisition and credentialing processes.

Prior to Neighborcare Health, Jill served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Kaiser Permanente from June 2015 to June 2019. Jill played a crucial role in talent acquisition activities during their tenure.

From May 2008 to June 2015, Jill worked as a Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition, Nursing at Providence Health & Services. Jill specialized in nursing recruitment.

Jill's career also includes their role as a Nurse & Allied Recruiter at Valley Medical Center from February 2007 to May 2008.

Their earlier experience includes working as an Employment Specialist at Planned Parenthood of Western WA from October 1999 to February 2007. In this role, they managed staffing strategies, sourced and recruited for multi-site clinics, and participated in recruitment hiring initiatives and HR projects.

Jill Rogerson-Black holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Sociology from Central Washington University. Jill also has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seattle Pacific University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including an Adult Learning Certificate from the Association of Talent Development in 2023, a Black Belt Certificate from SocialTalent in 2017, a Certified Diversity Recruiter certification from AIRS in 2013, and a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI in 2002.
