Jill Rogerson-Black has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Jill is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Northwest Kidney Centers since September 2023. Their earlier experience includes working as an Employment Specialist at Planned Parenthood of Western WA from October 1999 to February 2007. In this role, they managed staffing strategies, sourced and recruited for multi-site clinics, and participated in recruitment hiring initiatives and HR projects.

Jill Rogerson-Black holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Sociology from Central Washington University.
