Michael Kellogg obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Later, in 2006-2007, they pursued a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Along with their formal education, they acquired additional certifications such as the Building Operator's Certification - Level 1 from the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council in April 2006 and a Non-Residential Maintenance Electrician's License (EL07) from the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries in 2003.
