Quita Beeler Highsmith

Quita Beeler Highsmith, MBA, currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and the Board of Trustees for Northwest Kidney Centers, while advising for Cerebral. Since 2010, Quita has held the position of Vice President of Inclusion and Belonging at Genentech, where additional roles include Co-Founder of Advancing Inclusive Research and various sales and marketing leadership positions. Quita also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Delta San Francisco-Peninsula Foundation. Previous experience includes key roles at sanofi-aventis, Aventis, and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer. Quita's educational background includes an MBA in General Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and an Advanced Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University ILR School, along with a BA in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky.
