Michael Horn, MS RRT has over 25 years of experience in the field of respiratory care. Michael has held various roles in multiple healthcare organizations and has extensive experience in critical care, emergency medicine, and cardiopulmonary disease management.

In their current role as a Respiratory Care Practitioner III at Northwest Medical Center, Michael is part of the clinical team responsible for the opening of a new 52-bed hospital. Michael 'sresponsibilities include providing advanced cardiopulmonary care, managing ventilator and airway, and navigating cardiopulmonary diseases.

Prior to their current position, Michael worked at Cornerstone Healthcare Group as a Respiratory Care Practitioner for two years. Michael was responsible for providing respiratory care services to patients.

Before that, Michael gained experience as a Graduate Student at Loma Linda University, where they worked as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. During this time, they honed their skills in respiratory care and gained valuable knowledge in the field.

In addition to their healthcare experience, Michael also has experience in program support and statistical analysis. Michael worked as a Program Support Specialist at Family Service Association, where they conducted client intake, performed data analysis, and provided support to program directors.

Michael has also served as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and Shift Leader at Kindred Hospital of Tucson Arizona, Cornerstone Healthcare Group, and Carondelet Health Network. In these roles, they provided respiratory care services, managed clinical operations, and mentored students during clinical rotations.

Michael furthered their education by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Health Sciences & Communications from Chadron State College in 2009. In 2012, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organizational Management (Health & Human Services) from the same institution.

Seeking to enhance their expertise, Horn pursued a Master of Science degree in Respiratory Care (MSRC) from Loma Linda University, which they successfully completed in 2015.
