Karen Pearson

Karen Pearson has served Northwest Nazarene University for over 30 years, the whole of her service in the area of Student Life. She has filled roles such as Resident Director, Director for Residential Life, and most recently Associate Vice President for Student Engagement. Karen has given direction to New Student Orientation (NSO) and a variety of conferences and retreats for both regional and national Student Development organizations. Karen received both her undergraduate degrees and her master’s degree from NNU.
